Legislative Day in Sacramento! We Need You in 2009!

Why
Meeting personally with state legislators is critical to the future of school libraries especially in these tough economic times. Legislators must hear from us face to face about the importance of school libraries to the education of our students.

Legislative Day is a staff development and training event. Seize this opportunity to participate in California's legislative process, to network with colleagues, and to learn strategies for continued advocacy. CSLA's legislative advocate Jeff Frost will provide a briefing on school library issues.
